A Zombie Story (Part 2)

"Rawrrr hisssss blehhhh."


I struggled to open my eyes..."What happened," I said to myself slowly.

I couldn't remember a thing, I opened my eyes and blinked, blinked again.

I gasped!

Everything around me was charred black buildings were destroyed it looked like chaos.

And I was suspended above it I was wait what, I looked up, a parachute? I was dangling from a light pole, I looked down.

My eye widened in suprise at what was below me a mass of people looking up at me growling and hissing.

"Rawr!"

One of them jumped up and tried to grab my boot!
I yelped and lifted my boot as the thing snapped it teeth, I looked around quickly, "Help! Someone help!" No answer.

I looked around and down at the things...zombies? They looked human but there was something just wrong.

And then I realised what I was wearing, fatigues? I was...I was a soldier?!

I looked up at the parachute strings and saw an assault rifle dangling in my parachute strings above me.

I reached up with my hands so close and...and...got it!

I clutched the rifle with my hand, I released the magazine and checked my ammo, full...Thank God.

I cocked the rifle, "Hey you! Whatever you...things are! Back down! I will shoot!"

The things all looked up and growled and grunted some squealing and hissing, one jumped up again biting at my boot, I lifted my boot out of the way of its teeth.

I switched the rifle to automatic and screamed pulling the trigger spraying the group below me, they all fell to the ground dead.

What the hell were these things...zombies?

Now...I needed to get down.

Riiipp!!!!

I screamed as the parachute above me ripped and I'll to the ground, "Oof!" I coughed and rolled over in pain, I got up and unstrapped my backpack groaning.

Who was I...what was my name...where was I?

Rawr! Hiss!

I turned around and saw those things...the zombies running out of buildings hopping out of cars coming from everywhere.

"Aaawwww shit!"

I loaded a new magazine into my rifle and switched my rifle to single shop.

Pop! Pop!

I sent to rounds into the chest of a zombie it tumbled to the ground and got right back up running at me.


My eyes widened wait a second didn't the zombie movies and stuff say aim for the head? I raised my rifle and fired a shot at the zombies head, it tumbled to the ground and laid still as more zombies trampled it, they were getting closer.

Pop! Pop! Pop!

Hit two missed one, "Rawr!"

I turned and screamed jumping as a zombie came at me from behind I quickly put three bullets in its head.

Zombies were everywhere they were coming out of buildings everywhere, I quickly looked around, I needed to get somewhere safe I seamed to be on a city block, I then saw a place none of the zombies were running out of it looked like a pizza place I quickly sprinted to the pizza zombies closing in on me.

I popped off a few rounds on the zombies that were close. I finally reached the entrance and wrenched open the door throwing myself inside and shutting it behind me.

Zombies slammed into the glass pounding on it and screaming the glass started cracking, I wasn't safe.

I looked over the counter of the pizza place I was in, I ran and quickly jumped and slid over go and ran into the back room.

where to go where to go ah ha! Yes! A back door!

I ran and slammed open the back door as I heard the glass door to the pizza place shatter, I was in an old dead end back alley, I couldn't go back though, I slammed the door shut behind and booked it pit of the alley, I looked to my right and to my left, to my right nothing to my left a crowd of zombies.


I froze as the zombies all noticed me, "Rawr!"

I turned quickly and ran to the right as the hoard of monsters ran for me, aw shit I was gonna die I was gonna die I couldn't run forever I couldn't do anything.


And then I heard a voice I looked ahead and saw a rope ahead of me by a building.

"Hey man hey you hurry man run grab this we'll pull you up!"
